Hi, I'm facing issues installing Ubuntu 18.04 LTS on my external HDD for the T480. I keep getting Exit Code 2 even after choosing US English. SecureBoot is off, and I believe the BIOS is up to date (v1.14) with the latest controller version (v1.09). My system runs an i7-8550U 25w CPU and Intel UHD 620 graphics with a 1440p display. Can you help? Thanks.

It's frustrating. I changed the USB and used a program to create an Ubuntu bootable drive, but it now works. I'm not sure what caused the problem because it happened with two different drives—64GB and 16GB Sandisk, but my 32GB Sandisk did fine.
