I attempt to access websites like userbenchmark.com or gadgetversus.com but encounter connection issues lasting a long time, often triggering "ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT." I've tried restarting the router and adjusting DNS settings, yet the problems persist. Anyone have suggestions on resolving this?

They focus on the issue, not the cause. You break down the problem step by step, match it with a working setup to spot differences. Is your DNS actually converting the hostname to the right IP? Does the IP accept TCP connections on ports 80 or 443? Which one works? If not, is the IP accessible at all? For instance, can you ping it or trace its path?
