Can you confirm the specific PSU you're using? Also, 8GB of RAM seems to be causing significant performance issues. Let me know.

Also there is nothing like a WIn x64 when your installing Windows 10. You just boot off USB using MS media creation tool put it on stick boot up with stick, fix that in BIOS and it should come up and you can install Windows and what not. If you can get inside BIOS then surely you can boot off USB stick hmmm.

I can access the BIOS, and I have a USB with Windows 10 installed, though it doesn’t function properly. When I boot from the USB, it takes 1 to 5 seconds to load and then halts.
