You placed your parts on a PC builder site and noticed some compatibility problems. The items themselves work, but the instructions suggest updating the BIOS to version F13. Visit your motherboard's site, download the BIOS installer for your model, load it onto a USB drive, and follow the setup guide if needed. This should help resolve the issue.

R13 isn't a compatible BIOS for this board. I faced this issue recently and ended up checking the official page: https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/B55...rt-dl-bios (saved for its difficulty). The board came with FB, but switching to FCc didn't help. Note 1.3 and 1.2 appear identical since they share the same checksum. Searching online shows version 1.0 is listed, though I'm unsure if it's still available. My current versions 1.2 or 1.3 don't support the BIOS files for 1.0.

That's unusual, I hope the CPU swapping succeeds. If it doesn't, consider checking another memory type that might accommodate the CPU.

Sure, that could be worth checking later if the CPU doesn’t fix the problem. It looks like there aren’t many choices for the itx am4, so we’ll find out tomorrow. Just hoping I won’t need to bring back two motherboards, haha.

The new CPU is performing well without any issues so far. I'm installing drivers and planning to apply updates. After completing those steps, I'll conduct stress tests!

I experienced some stress recently but haven’t seen any crashes. The new CPU seems to have resolved the problem. I’ve also highlighted one of your responses as the answer.

It's finally working, at least! Hopefully it won't crash, which is a positive sign. Keep an eye on it just in case. If problems persist, feel free to replace the motherboard. I'm relieved the issues are fixed.
