Hello, My display is stuck at 60Hz with YCbCr422 color and doesn’t let me tweak settings. In safe mode it works at 144Hz. Could any known programs or malware block a system from running at higher speeds? System details: GPU 1080Ti, Monitor 1: LG 27GL850, Monitor 2: SAamsung 24".
