Since purchasing GTA V in September 2019, I've faced a unique problem that no one else seems to experience. Whenever I switch tabs or use Discord overlays while the game isn't active, it crashes completely. After returning, I can't interact with the game at all—its window remains unresponsive, and my character stays frozen without any input being registered. This has been a frustrating issue for months, and I'm hoping someone can provide a solution.

It depends on the settings. If it’s set to fullscreen and either the resolution is lower than your desktop or matches, it should function properly.
