I've faced this problem before and learned to adapt. I'm trying to get back into streaming again. On Discord, my PC often freezes with delayed inputs, audio issues, and sudden drops in frame rate. Streaming through Streamlabs or OBS feels like I'm getting around 40 FPS, while watching overlays shows much higher numbers—like 800 FPS or 704%. In games such as Rocket League, streaming gives me about 710 FPS with 240% to 99% stability, but on my PC it's around 40 FPS with noticeable motion blur. My system specs are an AMD 5900X CPU, a GTX 3090 GPU, 32 GB RAM, 2 TB Intel SSDs. Any advice would be really helpful.
