Hi, goodnight. My friend is experiencing an issue where his keyboard sends multiple inputs without pressing buttons repeatedly. For example, typing "steam" results in "sssssttteeeeam." What might be causing this? We've tried updating drivers, plugging the keyboard into a different USB port, and using another keyboard. The changes didn't help, and the other keyboard doesn't work properly either. He mentions that using the keyboard near the case resolves the problem and working on a laptop is unusual.
