Hello Tech-savvy friends, I just assembled my first PC using the parts you mentioned. It’s running smoothly overall, but when I try to shut it down and restart, I notice the motherboard lights up in yellow or orange (depending on your color vision). After turning it off again, it boots into Secure Boot via BIOS without any error messages. My RAM slots are A2 and B2. I’m a bit confused about what’s happening and need advice. Thanks for your help!
If you pause for about 15 minutes before restarting, what occurs depends on your method. Switching directly to a reboot rather than powering off/on might affect things differently. Replacing the CMOS battery is a simple fix that costs very little (just a standard CR2032).
