Hi everyone. Your setup is a bit unusual but doable. You have your ISP modem in the basement, connected to a ground floor router, which links to two upstairs routers via Ethernet. Each router has its own Wi-Fi network and password. You want devices across these three networks to communicate, like your Google Home Mini on one network and your desktop on another. It’s possible if you configure a bridge or use a network extension, but you’ll need to set up proper routing or VLANs. Let me know if you want guidance on how to do that. Thanks!

You don’t manage each router or AP separately, do you? And are all these gadgets connected to the same network range, such as 192.168.0.x?

I don't agree, they should share the same subnet. I didn't configure them and I have very little experience with networking. I'll give it a try and let you know if it works, thanks!
