You're having trouble connecting your new mouse (MX Master) to Bluetooth. The small switch might not be visible or functional. Try checking the power connection, ensuring the mouse is properly seated in the port, and verifying that your computer's Bluetooth settings are enabled. If issues persist, restart both devices or consult the manufacturer's support resources.

Your device connects via Bluetooth, and the necessary software is available. The MX master does include a compatible adapter.

Back in the past I linked and used my PS4 controller. When I tried the dongle on a laptop it didn’t work. These shouldn’t be linked together since the Bluetooth is on the PC.

The Bluetooth adapter isn't connecting to my PC, which might mean the mouse is faulty. I could send it back to anyone who has suggestions.

It could be a laptop with a keypad shortcut for turning on or off BT.

When I check the troubleshooter, it shows that my device lacks Bluetooth, even though I’m confident my motherboard includes it.

I watched a YouTube video suggesting unplugging and power cycling by pressing the power button, which resolved the issue.
