Open the Control Panel, select Hardware and Sound, then Power Options. Adjust the plan you prefer, click on Change advanced power settings, and locate Hibernation under the Sleep menu. Just to clarify, do you actually require your PC to hibernate, or are you looking to enable sleep mode instead?

It’s happening unexpectedly, so it wakes up without any clear reason. I’m not confident using sleep mode since it seems unreliable. Others have experienced issues with this behavior.
