You just purchased AC Unity via the nVidia bundle and redeemed it on UPlay. There seems to be no direct option to renew it on Steam, but you can check if FC4 is available through Steam. Also, the SSD deal you got from Newegg (840 Evo) might be linked to Steam purchases.

Ubisoft needs uPlay enabled to launch it. Steam is mainly a way to access uPlay for Ubisoft titles.

Even when purchasing from Steam, you must use Uplay to access the game. Having a Uplay code allows you to obtain it there.
