Emulators are okay as long as you own the game, and the same applies to Roms. The only unclear area is the bios.

You have plenty of options to explore and see if you can locate an emulator and a suitable COOLROM. That’s the only thing I’m going to mention. I hope I haven’t broken anything in the CoC here.
