I understand if I misunderstood, and the main reason I’m differentiating from Nintendo comes from their past decisions on legal matters regarding their products.
It's interesting, I'm not responding to anything unless you're truly interested. This is the only source I've found that has officially addressed it (after thorough research). Most others are just repeating what someone else said, which isn't very reliable.
