I need to restart the migration of all my Outlook 2016 email accounts from one PC to another. I attempted once but it failed. I’ve uninstalled Outlook 2016 from the target PC, deleted the .pst files, reinstalled Office 365, but each time when I open Outlook it still shows one account. I want it to prompt me to create a new email account every time it starts. There should be a clear set of steps I can follow to do this. I’ve tried many suggestions and it hasn’t fully cleared everything so I can start over.

It seems when you set up Office 365, it automatically imports any existing Microsoft account. However, you have the option to create a new account or remove the old one.
