Eliminar la tecnología Intel Turbo Boost Max 3.0
Hello everyone, here’s the latest update: I’ve noticed a security advisory for Intel Turbo Boost Max Technology 3.0. Drivers on my system show the latest version as installed, but online sources indicate newer releases exist. I’m trying to locate the most recent release and how to install it. The Device Manager says I have the current version (v1.0.0.1027), yet downloads suggest a newer one like 1.0.0.1029 is available. The Intel website doesn’t seem helpful. Anyone know the current release or a reliable way to get it? Also, my ASUS chipset drivers don’t include this update.
It seems you're checking the Intel advisory link. The main concern is avoiding another Windows reinstall. You'll want to ensure your system isn't reinstalled due to updates or fixes.
I’ve discovered that disabling the driver in my PC’s BIOS requires navigating through specific settings: Advanced → CPU Configuration → CPU Power Management → MFC Mode Override → OS Native Support. Despite adjusting these, the Intel Turbo Boost Max 3.0 remains installed. I’ve cleared scheduled tasks and turned off the Windows service multiple times, but nothing resolves the issue.
I successfully turned it off completely. I had to adjust the BIOS settings on my motherboard (MFC Override). Then I disabled and removed the Windows service along with the Intel Turbo Boost Max 3.0 task in the scheduler. It looks like that resolved the issue.
