You need shaders that run smoothly on your system. Minecraft’s performance is strong on CPU, but GPU tasks cause lag. Your hardware includes a decent i7 and decent RAM, so focus on optimized or lower-demand shaders to avoid stalls.
Let me look at my stash to see what I have from when I was using the iGPU on my Pentium. This may take a bit since I have at least 20 shaders...
