I understand Elden Ring uses a unique approach to AA, but I’m struggling to grasp why it appears so blurry. When I enable AA in Elden Ring, it looks like 720p on a 1080p screen, whereas DS3 always shows just on and off with sharp results. To be honest, I’m using sharpening filters as default in my graphics settings (Radeon software at 80%), and none of the games seem overly oversharpened. Only Elden Ring looks this blurry, and photos taken on a phone show the difference clearly at 1080p. Sorry for the large images. If anyone is curious, I did pirate Elden Ring. Could be a bad installation file. Neither the High nor Off settings look great, but the Off setting resembles Dark Souls 3. DS3 doesn’t look much different with either setting.
