Effective method for studying and engaging with oc

For fun and education, I’d like to collect all the 3Dmark achievements using OC and UC. What would be a good way to accomplish this? I find it challenging to get a modern CPU over 50% even with proper cooling, and it’s much simpler on older CPUs.

Prioritize more achievable goals first. Aim for a 15% or even 10% OC, then proceed. If the target is percentage OC, consider getting an AMD chip. It's more cost-effective to replace it.
