A new operating system is usually quicker. 3) Many of the same commands should function, though you might want to verify first.

I’d only adjust the setting to turn off CPU core parking. I’ve observed that shifting the same value from Windows 7 to 8 might work, and I think Windows 10 would continue this approach. Hopefully

It looks like you should be able to do a BIOS tweak for the same thing http://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/124756...-cpu-core/ Are you really still having issues with core parking in Win10?
