It can't achieve that unless it's frozen. A few cores might reach 5250, but you need to set it up correctly with PBO and CO. It won't work alone or just by turning on PBO. Certain AGESA versions will significantly adjust the boosting settings.

It's a genuine 4600MHz static clock featuring one of the most demanding loads available. Witnessing a 5900X handling 270W is truly remarkable. Not impressive for a 105W component.
