Hello, I've been playing some older titles such as WC 3, Borderlands, and Assassin's Creed II. I found my FPS capped at 60fps despite having a higher card (GTS 250). My monitor runs at 75Hz and VSync is disabled in games. I've tried setting power mode to maximum in the drivers, but it didn't help. Now newer games are running smoothly without any limits. Can I find a way to bypass that cap? Even if I enable VSync, my FPS remains at 60 instead of the expected 75.

I believe certain commands eliminate the FPS limit.

It's not working properly and the settings don't seem to apply correctly even when enabled.
