Whenever anyone turns on this TV in my house, internet speeds get really slow, making a Google search take forever to finish. This makes all devices that need the internet work hard, like computers or phones. The problem is with a Samsung Series 7 TV. I do use a wifi extender at https://www.amazon.com/Mesh-Wifi-6-Route...to_dp&th=1 . I am wondering how to fix this and if my extenders are making the problem happen. Thank you.

My Samsung TV talks a lot to different apps that want to sell me ads. I keep PI-Hole installed so I can watch all the internet traffic it sends.

Does the router sit really close to the TV? Do you have a fancy wifi booster handy, or is that old-school power line thing? Please turn off the wifi on your TV and try buying a Roku stick instead.
