I searched for motherboards on eBay and found one with dual 6-pin inputs. You should check its specifications to confirm whether it uses 6-pin ATX on one side and 6-pin PCI on the other.

Which board is it? Likely it accepts the updated 12V-only input, though it might also feature a custom connector (commonly from HP or Dell).
