You need to be more specific. For example, mine is " Corsair RM850 (2019) 850 W 80+ Gold"

Use the upgraded components outside the case.

It seems like there might be some confusion about what needs fixing. Everyone has different opinions, but they're all correct in their own way. You should focus on troubleshooting in a way that works for you. I’d suggest starting with the basics—only using the essential components, such as one hard drive, a couple of RAM sticks, or reinstalling Windows fresh (make sure to back up your data first). Either of those options would be a good place to begin...

Everyone else overlooked software configurations. From Windows to drivers, fine-tuning a gaming system isn’t just throwing in all the latest features and expecting it to work. Have you optimized the BIOS settings for gaming? (Not about overclocking.)

Windows and drivers are fully current and optimized. I performed a complete reinstall plus a DDU setup. I also ran commands like sfc /scannow and chkdsk to identify any issues. Additionally, I explored the BIOS and adjusted RAM speeds and timings. All these steps appear to have resolved the problems temporarily.

I've just finished a new Windows setup, just in case you wanted to try it again. Thanks!

I’m sorry, it looks like I misread your purchase. It seems you bought a bronze-rated PSU instead of the one you thought you had. That’s a great discovery!
