Hello everyone, after acquiring a new graphics card, my system operated flawlessly for a while. However, over the past month, every game has been crashing, forcing me to return to my desktop and resulting in numerous blue screen errors. I’ve transitioned from Windows 10 to Windows 8.1, and the problem persists.

What is the complete hardware specifications list? Please include the manufacturer and model number of your power supply unit. Have you performed a malware scan? Did you run memory tests? Was an hard drive diagnostic test completed? What are the CPU and GPU temperatures and their current activity levels?

Here’s the rewritten text:

This system utilizes Microsoft Windows 8.1 Professional version 6.3.9600.18292 (Win8.1 Retail). It’s a 64-bit operating system running on an ACPI-based PC. The graphics card is NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 with 2 GB of memory, and it uses DirectX 11.2. The processor is a DualCore Intel Core i3-2120 at 3300 MHz (33 x 100). The motherboard is an ASRock H61M-VS4 featuring one PCI-E x1 slot, one PCI-E x16 slot, and two DDR3 DIMM slots for memory – it also includes audio, video, and LAN connectivity. The system has 4 GB of DDR3 RAM at 800 MHz. The hard drive is a TOSHIBA DT01ACA050 with 500 GB capacity and a 7200 RPM speed, utilizing SATA-III. SMART testing indicates all disks are in good condition, with zero bad sectors and zero RAM errors, and no malware detected. GPU usage typically reaches 90-100%, with temperatures peaking at 60-65°C under full load, and 30-40°C during normal operation. CPU usage is generally between 80 and 100%, with temperatures reaching 70-78°C under maximum load, and 50-55°C during typical use. Thank you for your assistance, and apologies for any imperfections in my English.
