I just upgraded my Dell to Windows 11 and found I can't read or burn discs anymore. I tried removing filters in regedit, updating all listed drivers, reinstalling devices via Device Manager, and using a known working DVD drive, but nothing helped. I believe the problem is software-related and hasn't worked anything yet. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Dell, laptop opr desktop? Have you verified the latest BIOS version for your device? What operating system were you using before? Did you upgrade to Windows 11 via the internal upgrade method? If yes, reinstall the OS after creating the Windows 11 installer with Windows Media Creation Tools.
