Hello. I’m facing some problems with my PC. There’s no signal detected. The green “BOOT” indicator appears when the DP/HDMI is connected through the motherboard, and the white “VGA” light turns on when the same connection is made to the GPU. I’ve tried several solutions: switching GPUs, using different riser cables, changing PCIe slots, using another monitor, removing the battery and resetting CMOS, disconnecting all cables and RAM sticks, testing new RAM, and updating the BIOS. The issues keep happening after flushing and replacing the coolant. I’m currently running the DP Ultra with no liquid spill on the board. I’ve disassembled everything except the CPU. Previously, I managed to boot while getting signal from the monitor connected via DP/HDMI through the motherboard—this was when I updated the BIOS. After the update, the GPU disappeared from Device Manager. I removed the driver after selecting “Show Hidden Devices” and restarted the PC, then upgraded the GPU driver. Restarting again caused the problems to return, with no signal from the monitor. The same occurred before switching GPUs. My specs are: Intel Core i7-12700K, ASUS ROG STRIX Z690-A GAMING WIFI, ASUS GeForce RTX 3080 ROG STRIX OC, Team Group T-Force Xtreem ARGB White 4x8GB 3600 MHz CL18, WD Black SN850 2TB M.2 SSD, Corsair SF750 Platinum.
Connect your screen to the motherboard, enter the BIOS settings, and ensure the PCIE slot uses Gen 3 rather than auto or Gen 4.
