Hi, I don't know if this question is actually for this area.
But to the point!
specs
mobo: Msi mpg z390 Gaming pro carbon
M.2 nvme: 2x Samsung evo 970 512GB
SSD 2.5": 1TB samsung evo
gpu: 2080ti
the intention would be to install dualboot as follows
option 1
win11 raid0 2xnvme and linux either arch, opensuse or Debian 1Tt 2.5" evo ssd
option 2
win11 nvme1 and linux nvme 2
is there anyone here who could help..?

Each operating system runs independently on its dedicated physical storage, without any RAID 0 configuration.

Thanks for the clarification. It's unclear why the second NVMe disk disappears after turning off Raid.

Set up a single physical drive.
Choose an operating system and proceed.
Disconnect the current drive, then connect the alternative.
Finish by installing the second OS.
Task complete.
