I'm not familiar with that, but I'm used to setting up software. You know how you can stream on Twitch with ShadowPlay?
I use Shadowplay for streaming and understand it caps at 720p at 30fps, though it feels less demanding compared to OBS or XSplit.
If he already owns the components, inserting a capture card into the old PC would likely resolve his problems and allow him to stream at better quality. Unless other streamers with dual configurations and crystal-clear streams aren’t doing it correctly, you should probably reach out to them so they can save costs.
Shadowplay isn't useful since OBS surpasses it in nearly all aspects.
I searched for a solid setup for OBS on Google, but I still remember from another post that I’m pretty new to this stuff.
