On the identical machine?
You are free to use multiple versions of the same operating system as often as desired—provided they run on the same computer.
Running more than one OS at once isn’t possible anyway.
From a legal standpoint, Microsoft permits having just one backup OS copy.
Technically, though, you can keep as many as you need, as long as you have enough storage space.

Yes on the same PC, but similar to the second version, the license should be activated like in the first. You won’t need to purchase another one or use the command prompt unless specified.

The Windows license is linked to the motherboard. The same motherboard provides the same license.

Sure, I can help with that. Let me make sure it matches the original intent and style.

For everyday use, keep it relaxed and friendly.
For gaming, prioritize the smallest lag possible.

Sure, you're right. It might not seem necessary at first, but it's important. Make sure only one drive is connected during installation for each operating system. Disconnect all other drives physically.

You're implying it won't be useful, but I noticed some pros are already using adjusted systems.

The limitation exists because each operating system is designed for specific purposes.
