I’m linked to the nas through your current setup. The download is happening on your PC, not your NAS. You’re using a specific application for the download. There are no issues with other network connections. The popup message indicates something went wrong during the process. This is the same NAS you’re asking about—version 19.04 or 19.10. The connection either restarts eventually or remains unreachable.

linking via network (drive is correctly mounted), QBittorrent on Ubuntu 19.10 works fine—same issue on Ubuntu 18 and Raspberry Pi. I/O errors appeared for (torrentName), but other connections still function properly. The drive remains accessible through the file manager, which is great since it’s an older LG 2Bay NAS that never had problems running torrents on Windows PCs either.

It might be due to the download consuming all available bandwidth, leading to a write timeout and the reported error. The execution log indicates any issues related to input/output operations. As for your note, I haven’t received any direct message yet—just reviewed the subforum as requested.
