Dropbox cannot connect Illustrator files on Windows 10
Hey there. It's been a while since I had to deal with syncing AI files over Dropbox, and I don't think I discovered a better way than compressing the file. I even spoke to Dropbox representatives, but they couldn't help with the problem.
It looks like they were just as confused two years ago as they are now. I kept going back and forth with them until I was reassigned to someone else, who then pointed the finger at my file names. It seems the issue lies with how Mac Illustrator saves files, which is the only type we're having trouble with. Thanks for the update.
