Uitzonderingscode 0xc0000409, marge 0x000000000007f61e. Proces met fout 0x0x3FD8. Starttijd van installatie: 0x0x1D9D7DC845571F5. Weigering naar module met fout: C:\Program Files\AMD\CNext\... RadeonSoftware.exe. Rapport ID: 5ba68ab6-2749-491c-9af9-825268c13e0f Pakketnaam: AdvancedMicroDevicesInc-RSXCM_22.10.0.0_x64__fhmx3h6dzfmvj

I faced comparable issues before, resolved them using MSI Afterburner, and shared a Reddit thread about it. Two others also found the same solution with my approach—feel free to give it a shot. (Ensure afterburner is enabled at startup)

But I prefer not to slow it down too much. Maybe increasing the voltage would help.

You might want to test it out—it could get warm, but it might fix the problem.

it reached its peak at 86°C before failing. Raised core voltage to the maximum (1100) and increased power limit to +15%, but the crash error in the event log mentions svchost.exe_BcastDVRUserService stopped working. I'm completely confused. Even sharing on Reddit doesn't get any responses.

Consider turning it off if that doesn’t help and you prefer not to downgrade the speed instead of replacing the card.
