Identify bad sectors by running a disk check with chkdsk c: /scan and optionally /f. Look for available firmware updates for your SSD and consider upgrading as a precaution.

I just updated the bios, and now it shows both performance and health at 100% with a perfect drive. I reran the test, and the results stayed the same.

Now it’s easier to fall asleep without any problems, but waking up still causes issues. The screen often remains off after waking, so I need to restart the device to get it working.

Is the display driver affected? Should I install the latest GPU driver (23.5.2 currently, 23.6.1 available soon)? Have you turned off MultiPlane Overlay? Is your system using hybrid sleep (sleep+hibernation) or have you disabled hibernation to return to regular standby? If not, run "powercfg -h off" in CMD to disable hibernation, then restart and verify.

I encountered an issue loading AMD Software, so I’ll proceed with installing the correct version.
