Hey there, I've got a weird issue with my system. The GPU keeps freezing (the audio plays fine), then the screen goes black and turns off completely. After resetting the PC, the driver is turned off in Device Manager. When I turn it back on, everything works again until the next occurrence. It doesn’t seem to be tied to how much GPU usage there is—doesn’t happen even when I run heavy tasks like Zoom or games. I’ve tried disabling Freesync and using it without it, but it still happens sometimes, especially with background zooming or less demanding games. My GPU model is a Sapphire 6700xt Pulse, and the monitor is a Gigabyte M27Q. On Windows 11, could this be a Windows issue, or should I consider returning it for support?

I’d start by running DDU, delete the driver, and then add the newest one from the ground up before considering a return merchandise authorization.

Hey! I saw your message. Are you seeing similar problems with the same issues on Windows 10? You've tried various AMD software versions, but the "Crimson 22.5.1" driver is still acting up—twice this week. Could you share what steps you've taken so far or where you're stuck? Thanks!

It seems connected to Chrome's hardware acceleration settings. Disabling it in Chrome and similar apps (like Discord or MS Teams) can resolve the problem. I also found a Reddit thread that appears to have a solution, which might actually work.
