Driver for graphics causing issues
Hi, I recently set up a new system. While trying to install the graphics driver, it caused the whole thing to crash. I have a Ryzen 3 3200G with integrated graphics. I tried both versions of Radeon Adrenaline 2020, but both failed. The screen would flicker normally during installation, but when facing the screen, it would go black and stay that way. The system stays on, but I can only restore it by using Windows Recovery via a USB drive and deleting the driver there. Even older versions of the software don’t attempt to install a display driver. The files say they have one, but running that driver causes an “incompatible” error. Any advice would be appreciated!
Are you sure your Windows is current? Occasionally this can lead to driver issues.
