I removed the entire catalyst package. I reinstalled version 15.7.1 from that link: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/de...ws+10+-+64. Please download the driver tailored for your Windows version. I believe 15.7.1 works with all supported Windows releases.

Poor quality parts. The maximum temperature is 30°C, meaning if your PSU exceeds that it will power down the system.
