I own two pairs of 8GB DDR3 sticks at 1600 speed, but I'm facing severe stuttering in demanding games like Terraria. My system has a 4770 OC to 4.2 with a max of 45C, and I'm using an RX 5700 XT.

Based on your screenshots, it looks like your RAM isn't using dual channels and should be installed in the proper slots. Also, your CPU is only handling 4 cores at a time, which means hyperthreading is turned off—this setting can be adjusted in the BIOS.

I own a mitx with just two slots, everything is connected properly, that’s not the problem. Also, HT is turned off.
