Hey there! Drift Streets Japan is essentially a racing arcade game where you drift to collect points, which convert into cash for upgrading your vehicles. My take on this thread is to exchange cars, music, and other DSJ content—my top pick so far is a Nissan S14 with an LS1 V8 swap, stage 5 power modifications except for the turbo (stage 1). If done properly, it could hit around 378 horsepower.

For reference, here are the specs:
- Front camber: -5.9°
- Rear camber: -6.2°
- Front offset: -16mm
- Rear offset: -19mm

This car offers a solid mix of power and handling, giving you great control and drifting potential. Just keep the gears in the low range for better stability. I'm currently reviewing the game on Steam if anyone wants to check it out: http://store.steampowered.com/app/412880/. What do you think? Let me know your thoughts!

It reminds me a lot of UG2, which is probably why I play it so often (seriously, look at my money 😂). Underground 2 is definitely the best arcade racer ever, and Need for Speed 2015 should’ve been UG2 by any chance.

I just purchased this game on Steam after reading a discussion. I’m having trouble adjusting the controls for my Logitech F510—when I click a button on the controller in the input settings, nothing changes. Do you know how to resolve that issue? Also, I have an RB26DETT swap installed and am trying to upgrade it.

Took some time tweaking the track editor and now own a 763 HP 240SX. Another query about the game. Have you seen unusually high GPU temperatures while playing this? I’m at around 75°C with this setup. I’m using a Gigabyte Windforce 980ti, and no other game comes near that heat.

Time-wise, the situation isn’t perfect. The main engine performs well on PC when frame rates aren’t capped, utilizing the GPU fully. There are some recognized issues with controllers, but you can experiment with third-party button mappers to see if they help. If configured correctly, keyboard input works quite nicely. However, there’s a reason many prefer using a controller.

Absolutely, but that's the excitement, nothing else matters except making more cash for better upgrades.

Sure, it's good to know you're comfortable with the setup.
