I've attempted to update the drivers, verified all game settings, but it hasn't resolved the issue. It seems to be a software problem, though every game I play has a low draw distance with loading in grass and decals. If anyone has a solution, please share. My last resort is to reset my computer, though I have no idea if that would help.

High draw times may stem from spinning HDDs. Do your games run on a hard drive or an SSD?
