I'll keep you updated on the outcome. It seems the line is missing after disabling all startup programs and launching it in diagnostic mode. To identify the culprit, I need to check the "System Services" section. When I chose Diagnostic startup, it automatically moved to Selective Startup with a few items turned off.

It's unlikely a built-in Microsoft service is responsible, so check each option step by step on the general tab > selective startup. In the Services tab, toggle the box "hide all Microsoft services" at the bottom. Remove one at a time, starting with the least known or used, until you identify the cause. So you turned back to the standard startup mode (selective features are active, plus everything in the Services section) and... it resolved on its own? That makes it tricky to figure out what caused the issue. If it happens again, you can go back here and let me know so I can keep updating you. ??♂️

By the mighty skull of Neptune, how many startup programs do you have? Just three items.
