Hey everyone. When I changed the OC three weeks back after watching a YouTube tutorial, I measured the RAM at 1.35 V. Is that a safe level to avoid damage or failure later? My RAM is G.Skill RipJaws V 3200MHz.

1.35v fits well within the XMP/DOCP standards for achieving 3200MHz. Your setup is acceptable (assuming DDR4 will handle it or higher).

No problem, it won't harm the RAM.
