Tradesman1 suggested using the free app CPU-Z to inspect the memory section and verify what processes are active. They noted that while XMP is set to 'automatic' for data rate, timing, and voltage, it must be properly programmed through the BIOS to fully activate the XMP profile. This involves more than just base settings like timings, voltage, and data rate—it also includes secondary timings and Command Rate. Thank you! After installing CPU-Z, my memory results were: DRAM Frequency 931.4Mhz, RAM 3:28, CAS# Latency 9.0 clocks, RAS# to CAS# Delay 10 clocks, RAS# Precharge 9 clocks, Cycle Time 28 clocks, and Bank Cycle Time 37 clocks.
