Hello, I see you're facing some issues with your build. It sounds like the problem began when you enabled DOCP and noticed your RAM running at only 4800 MHz in the BIOS. Since then, you've lost monitor signal and the DRAM light stays on. You've tried clearing CMOS, removing the battery, reseating RAM, swapping cables, and even flashing BIOS. You're unsure whether to return the RAM, the motherboard, or just the RAM. Could someone help clarify what might be causing this?

Update: I've tried Bios flashback to the old version and to the new version, reseat 1 stick of ram at all different slot but nothing is working. Should I RMA the motherboard and RAM at this point? Is there even a point of getting a 6400 or just go to a lower speed like 5600 or 4800 to avoid DOCP?
