I haven't played much, but it doesn't look much better than Budokai Tenkaichi 2, which is disappointing.

I have roughly 30 hours of work. I need a short break. RNGesus seems to reject me and won’t grant Super Vanishing Ball even after farming for three hours. It’s surprising some people succeeded right away.

Got it on PS4 and I'm really impressed. It starts with a tough difficulty ramp-up, but once you reach the right level and discover stronger abilities, it becomes really enjoyable. Vegeta's earlier tactics feel a bit average—Galick Gun charges quicker but isn't as strong as Kamehamaha—but Big Bang and Final Flash shine. It's frustrating that random chance kept me stuck on Big Bang, but Final Flash was totally worth it after grinding through enough levels to defeat the Master Fight with upgraded SS2 Vegeta.
