I recently performed a factory reset on my PC because it would randomly freeze, and it functioned normally until today when I tried installing Epic Games Launcher. After downloading the game, it froze my whole computer, making it impossible to download. I'm forced to restart frequently and can't even launch the game smoothly. It seems like the issue is different with MSI Afterburner freezing while other programs work. The browser remains functional, but playing YouTube videos becomes difficult after a short delay, and the system locks up more frequently. Restarting the PC usually helps, though sometimes only a hard reset is needed. It appears the problem occurs more often when you're not using the computer and just downloading with Epic Games.
