Downloading Steam feels extremely slow.

So, I´ve just been waiting for CS to download for 2 hours now. My speed is around 1MB/s and I pay for 100/200. I have cleared cache, updated/reinstalled steam. Legit everything pls help.

You might attempt adjusting the download server in settings/download/download area, though it may not resolve the issue significantly.

My internet service is provided by one of several ISPs, some of which limit Steam download speeds.

It really varies by game. For instance, Ark and DBD tend to be very sluggish, while others run much smoother.
