Hello, Each time I save a game or file, it uploads at 2-4 Mbps, but during an internet speed test it shows about 30 Mbps.

30Mbps equals about 3.75MB/s in different units. Speed checks will display megabits each second, while downloads will show megabytes each second (the choice of "B" doesn't change the meaning). Eight megabits make one megabyte, so the measurements stay accurate.
